tushanshu! For anyone not familiar with Criminal Minds, Garcia is big into pop culture references, especially science fiction and comic-related ones. Filling out this super-short permissions will help give me a better idea of how much Garcia should geek out at your character!

If no, are you okay with her drawing parallels ("Gee Batman, you're an awful lot like ChiropteranDude, the crimefighting hero in AC comics..."): Yeah, go ahead! She can totally know/recognize Batman, but I'd rather her not make the connection that Batman=Bruce Wayne. (It causes a lot of logistics issues with the rest of the cast sadly :c)
If she has permission to 4th wall, is there anything you specifically do not want her knowing or mentioning?: Mostly the common-sense stuff. No 'your parents are dead!' or the same about the Robins, honestly. Maybe stick to things that a normal 'Gothamite' might have picked up out of the news?

(Like 'oh, Kirk! That's that dude played by Shatner! ... you look nothing like him!' sort of thing)

This is the general rule for the MCU cast, for the record-- recognizing superhero identities is okay, just not personal information. :)

Parallels are fine! Ororo just has a hard enough time reconciling herself with the mainstream goddess rendition of her that she really can't do the whole fictional angle.

If she has permission to 4th wall, is there anything you specifically do not want her knowing or mentioning?: Whatevs, man. They had a whole issue about him learning that there's a comic about him and he met the writer and editor and artist so if Garcia starts spouting comic books, he'll take it all in stride (and maybe ask her what they're actually like). He also doesn't have a secret ID so much anymore so if she wants to fling names, that's cool. I'm actually not sure what the rest of the 616 cast does re: 4th walling but these are all okay specific to Scott.

I'm not saying no, due to the rule where it has to be unanimous (IIRC) to 4th wall a canon. However, I'd really prefer the fourth wall not break in conversation with Bart. If she's talking with Stiles and Teen Titans comes up, she's totally free to know Kid Flash is Bart Allen, I'd just rather... use handwavey magic to keep people from being OH MY GOD I HATED IT WHEN SLADE SHOT YOU when Bart introduces himself.

Kyle's ID on the turtle is public so it's fine if she knows him by name immediately, too.

(Or he was until Oscar died. Stupid mortality!) The usual rules

I'm perfectly fine with that! He'll be a little surprised. Okay, very surprised. And confused. And wonder how people found out about their story. And then ask if there are trading cards and action figures.

Thank you!

Character Name: Billy Kaplan
Character Canon: Marvel 616: Young Avengers
Are you okay with Garcia recognizing your character from their canon? If no, are you okay with her drawing parallels ("Gee Batman, you're an awful lot like ChiropteranDude, the crimefighting hero in AC comics..."): Go right ahead! Billy definitely hasn't been trying to hide his identity as Wiccan on the turtle, and it's Marvel canon that comic books are made of all the Marvel superheroes anyway. He hasn't heard of a Young Avengers one yet, but he wouldn't be surprised if there was one. Hell, Billy just got all of his comics from back home, there are lots of them there.
If she has permission to 4th wall, is there anything you specifically do not want her knowing or mentioning?: Billy is only from the beginning of Children's Crusade, so he doesn't know anything about what happens during or after it. He's told everyone so far that knows the future to not tell him, like Tommy, and Loki, but he knows that a few big things happen in the future. He just doesn't know specifics, and I'd like it to be kept that way (so the reveal can be really horrible).
